Can I take Flush Advanced+, Defend and Promote in the same day?Updated a month ago

Yes. Flush Advanced+, Defend, and Promote are designed to be taken together. It doesn’t matter what time of day you take them, but consistency is key to success. We recommend taking the products at whatever time works best for you.
  
 For best results, be sure to take the products as directed:

• Drink Flush Advanced+ daily.
• Take 2 capsules of Defend daily.
• Take 1 capsule of Promote daily for 15 consecutive days. For the remainder of the month, take a break from Promote. However, continue taking Flush Advanced+ and Defend while Promote is "off." Restart the 15-day Promote regimen at the beginning of each month for month-long support.
